Beautiful!

The happy couple - YEA!!

We just returned from the most beautiful wedding! Emily and Ben were married on Saturday. Michael officiated the service and did a great job. Sadie, Gentry and myself were bridesmaids and I made the cake. It was a family effort and was just perfect. Here are just a few pics I got inbetween decorating, chasing kids, primping, and brides-maid-ing Em. I will post the link to her photographer's website when her pictures are ready.

Turkey Season

Michael got his first turkey with a bow in our very own backyard the other morning. The Tom had been taunting him by struting and drumming in the street and in our neighbors yard several days in a row. He finally wondered into our backyard. Too bad for him.

Daffodil Hill

We spent the afternoon at Daffodil hill a few weeks ago. It was beautiful.

Spring Break

Maicee, Bella and Brianne. Where's Olivia?

Beach Bear

Sooooo tired when we got home

We took off to Capitola Beach during the kids' Spring Break. The weather was perfect - sunny and warm. We shared a beach front condo with the Wylies and enjoyed a relaxing but very quick week. The kids were entertained with each other. We took them to the Monterey Bay Aquarium for the day and to Beach Bear where they purchased a stuffed animal with outfits from money they had saved all year. I was obviously preoccupied with relaxing because these are the only photos I have from the whole week.

Josiah turns 3!

Love this boy!

Train cake

Cool Dude! Glasses from Graeson and Xander

Camo jacket and hat from Papa Steve and Deb

We had a Thomas the Train birthday party for Josiah. Almost ALL his cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and God-parents were here to celebrate. It was a fun group and a super fun day. Josiah is excited to be three!

Silly Josiah

Josiah decided to try doing inverted pushups with his feet on the wall on the stairs. He was laughing so hard he kept falling down. We get such a kick out of all these boy things.

Sister Weekend / Bridal Shower

In February we had Sister Weekend at Sadie's house in Lincoln and combined it with a Bridal Shower for Emily. Yummy food. Great conversations. Never long enough!

So, I got on my blog today and realized...I haven't posted a single thing since November. Saying "we've been busy" is an understatement. Here are just a few snapshots of our Christmas celebrations with family.
